Terms and Conditions

By using this website and requesting service, you agree to our service and communication terms. These terms apply to website use, contact forms, dispatch requests, service scheduling, estimates, repair approvals, and follow-up communication for Falcon 5 Plumbing & HVAC services.

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes are based on the details provided at request time and may change after inspection. We confirm scope and approval before major repair or replacement work begins. Field conditions, access issues, equipment age, parts availability, safety requirements, code requirements, concealed damage, and customer choices can all affect final scope and price.

Online descriptions, blog posts, service pages, specials, and pricing discussions are informational unless they are tied to a written estimate or approved work order. A technician must inspect the relevant HVAC, plumbing, water heater, drain, line, fixture, or comfort system before final recommendations are confirmed.

Scheduling

Emergency needs are routed first. Planned jobs are scheduled by urgency, technician availability, requested service windows, location, weather, material availability, and the type of work required. Arrival windows are estimates and may shift if earlier emergency calls take longer than expected or if site conditions require extra safety steps.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service address, access instructions, and relevant issue details. If the site is inaccessible, unsafe, or missing required approvals, a visit may need to be rescheduled.

Payment Terms

Payment requirements and financing options are discussed before work begins. Financing terms may apply to qualifying projects and are subject to approval by the financing provider. Discounts, coupons, and specials may be limited by service type, project scope, parts, timing, eligibility, and whether another offer has already been applied.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due according to the approved estimate, invoice, or financing agreement. Failure to pay according to agreed terms may result in collection activity, service limitations, or additional charges allowed by law and contract.

Service Limits

Some services may require temporary alternatives such as de-icing, temporary shutdown, water isolation, equipment lockout, temporary repair, staged repair, or replacement planning depending on safety, weather, access, and material conditions. We do not guarantee that every issue can be fully resolved during the first visit, especially when hidden damage, specialty parts, permitting, or utility coordination is involved.

Customers should not ignore safety guidance, water shutoff instructions, electrical warnings, gas odor instructions, or technician recommendations intended to reduce immediate risk. Emergency stabilization may be different from permanent repair.

Liability

Falcon 5 Plumbing & HVAC is not liable for pre-existing conditions not reasonably discovered during diagnosis or for indirect damages beyond contractual scope. Examples may include hidden leaks, concealed corrosion, prior improper work, inaccessible components, existing water damage, foundation movement, utility interruptions, manufacturer defects, or customer decisions to delay recommended service.

Communications

By submitting a request, you consent to call, SMS, or email follow-up for dispatch coordination, appointment updates, missing details, estimate discussion, financing coordination, after-service updates, and customer support. Message frequency depends on the request. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Website Content

Website content is provided for general service guidance and local scheduling support. It is not a substitute for an on-site inspection, professional diagnosis, safety assessment, or written scope. We may update pages, specials, service descriptions, service areas, and blog content as business needs, local conditions, or customer questions change.

Links between service pages, blog guides, review pages, financing pages, and service-area pages are intended to help customers find the most relevant information before scheduling. They do not create a service commitment, price guarantee, dispatch promise, or warranty unless those terms are included in an approved written agreement.

Emergency Guidance

Emergency guidance on this website is intended to help customers decide when to call quickly, not to replace professional judgment or public-safety instructions. If there is danger from gas odor, electrical hazards, flooding, sewage, fire, or medical risk, customers should take appropriate safety action and contact emergency services or utility providers when needed.
